Returns
The quickest and easiest way is to return your unwanted item(s) at the time of delivery. However, returns can be made by bringing any unwanted item(s) to the store you purchased from, with the receipt and a refund will be quickly arranged.
You may only request a refund within 24-hours of your delivery. If you are unable to bring your item to the store you purchased from within the 24-hour time period, please call store to register your refund.
Receiving your refund
Once we have received your product, we'll refund payment on to the card you used to place the order. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to show in your account. An e-mail will be sent to you advising that the refund is being processed. If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact us to ensure it is being processed.
If you purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price.
Your legal rights
Our refund policy is in addition to and does not affect any of your legal rights.
